10 years after Kony war, mental health challenges persist in Acholi

For twenty years, people in northern Uganda endured atrocities from the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) war.

It’s been 10 years since the guns went silent, but as ERIASA MUKIIBI SSERUNJOGI writes, a new form of instability, inform of mental illness, is unsettling the sub-region.
