On Tuesday, the New Vision website ran a story alleging that the President’s convoy had been involved in an accident along Entebbe Road. Source? A Twitter account parodying the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kale Kayihura @GenEK_Kayihura.
His Excellency President Museveni’s convoy has been involoved in an accident along Entebbe road. But keep calm president is safe.

The story was removed four hours later! 
Twitter allows users to create parody accounts but requires that they notify followers about it, a rule the account follows.
The New Vision online editor seems to be following the wrong Kayihura. The correct Twitter handle for the IGP is @AskIGP
