What happened
National Unity Platform (NUP) online journalist Swabrah Kiganda Owomukisa is hospitalized after being tortured and released by security forces who had detained her for four days.
According to NUP principal Robert Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine), on Friday, Kiganda was released after being charged with terrorism and was held at a military facility in Mbuya where she was severely beaten and subjected to gross torture.
