Why Ugandans continue to suffer despite heavy investment in roads

The road accident prevalence in Uganda is one of the highest in the world, with many pointing at the few and poor state of our roads as a key factor. Minister of Works and Transport Abraham Byandala blames the high population growth rate in the country as a factor hindering the construction of roads that are commensurate with the population.
