Why going to university may not bring an oil job: Part II

As interest continues to grow in the oil and gas sector, several institutions of higher learning are coming up with courses they publicise as relevant to the sector. However, experts warn of manipulation of unsuspecting Ugandans by these institutions who offer courses that are hardly relevant to the oil and gas sector.
