What happened

New Vision journalist Andrew Arinaitwe was arrested and detained at Kings College Buddo Police Post on charges of criminal trespass. This was after he accessed the school’s premises in the line of duty. The journalist was released on police bond after spending one night in police cells, thanks to Lydia Namubiru, Robert Ssempala, Namuebi Mwajuma and Charles Etukuri who stood surety for him, and is supposed to report back on Thursday, 9th March.
