Tortured mayor quietly released as more detainees accuse security

Following public outcry and condemnation over the torture of Kamwenge Mayor Godfrey Byamukama at Nalufenya detention facility, police released him quietly. However, 21 suspects detained in a similar manner are accusing government of various human rights violations.
