Uganda’s ambulances a death sentence: Part II

Ideally, ambulances should offer some bit of hope to the sick and their relatives. However, as ANDREW MASINDE discovers, Uganda’s ambulances are a death sentence as many are in poor mechanical condition, thus further endangering the lives of those in urgent need of health care.
